WooCommerce Plugin v3.2

We’ve updated our WooCommerce plugin with the following improvements:
- Added country restrictions: optionally limit duty & tax calculation to specific destination countries from WooCommerce → Dutify → Calculation Rules.
- Fixed the cart/checkout label falling back to the generic "Fee" when the Duty & Tax label was left blank.
- API tokens are now validated against Dutify before they are saved.
- Small bugfixes.
