Order fulfilment

The Dutify app introduces metafields and additional details to the Shopify order page to help you streamline the international shipping process.

• Duties - this field contains all import duties in your local currency.
• Sales Taxes - this field contains the sales tax (e.g. VAT/GST) in your local currency.
• Additional Taxes - this field contains a sum of all additional taxes and fees in your local currency.
• Shipping Cost - this field contains the shipping price exclusive of any of the above.

Our app will also add the destination-specific HS code for each line item for the country that you are shipping to as an additional note. You should use these HS codes on your shipping labels to ensure the carrier correctly classifies your shipment.
