Usage & billing

Our Shopify plans are billed monthly or annually, and each plan includes a usage quota that resets on the 1st of each month. We don't charge any per-order or percentage-based fees - you only pay your plan's subscription price.

Each plan includes the following:

  • Landed Cost Calculations - A calculation is used each time a customer at checkout sees a shipping rate that includes duty and tax. If you have multiple rates with duty and tax (for example, and express and a standard), each rate counts as a separate calculation. However, calculations are cached during checkout - so if a customer has already triggered a calculation and doesn't change their shipping details, no additional calculation is used.
  • Product Classifications - A classification is used each time you select the Find HS code in the Product Classifications tool.

Changing or cancelling your plan

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Simply navigate to the Dutify app dashboard, from here you will see options to change or cancel your plan:

Keeping track of usage

You can see a breakdown of your current usage by navigating the Dutify app dashboard:

Note that usage is not live and there may be some delay in usage stats updating.

Note: once you have exhausted your quota you will need to either upgrade or wait until your quota resets the next caldendar month.
