Order fulfilment

When you receive a cross-border order in WooCommerce, the Dutify plugin will include the total duty and taxes paid, along with the HS code for each line item for the destination country:

When you book the shipment with your carrier, remember to include the HS code we have provided for each line item to ensure that the goods are correctly classified when they clear customs.

Recalculating duties & taxes

If you need to edit an order before shipping (e.g. remove or change the quantity of a line item), you should recalculate the duties before shipping. You can do this by clicking the "Recalculate Duties & Taxes" button.

Each time duties are recalculated, a note will be also be added to the Order notes section:
